  Wanted to exchange a broken phone for a new one, they did not have a model that I wanted so they gave me a different model and worker Michael Brandenburg told me I had 60 days to return it if I was unsatisfied and that I would turn in my rebate once I got my new phone. It turns out the actual policy was that there is only a 14 day return period so I was stuck with an inferior phone and lost my rebate. I would put 0/5 if it were an option, go to a Verizon Corporate store and avoid the hassle of these stupid Verizon retailer stores.
