  Horrible service. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in any store. I was extremely polite and wanted to switch to t mobile family plan from Atnt, but the main employee there treated the request as if he was doing me a favor. Not only did he make the experience absolutely unpleasant, he did not even do the job correctly! The simple task of porting my atnt number wasn't accomplished and I had to wait 48 hours (missing numerous calls on my old number) and even after calling them at the store to fix the issue on the phone (which is totally doable), they asked me to visit them again for their own incompetency! I called the customer care at tmobile and guess what they ported my number in 2 minutes! I would hate to go to this store again and would try to just call customer service for my issues which is 100 times better. Please T mobile ask your store employees to be more polite to the customers.
